What we want, and why
The NHL and NHLPA adopt a collectively bargained Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Policy with defined minimum penalties, mandatory investigation, survivor provisions, and neutral, independent appeals, applied by a binding standard rather than commissioner discretion.
